This conference will feature informative discussions on practical, operational compliance issues; open forums for question and answer; big picture compliance trends; overviews of common mistakes; and networking opportunities.

CUNA Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Specialist Certification
The CUNA Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Specialist Certification will be offered again this year. Tuesday afternoon there will be a Q&A session that will provide an opportunity for clarification of any questions before the optional exam. Certification is optional and available to all attendees. Upon completion of your certification, make sure to stay certified by renewing your certification every three years.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations received in writing (via fax 608-231-4327) before the end of business on October 12, 2008 are eligible for a refund of the amount paid minus a $200 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellation requests received after October 12, 2008. Substitutions are accepted anytime prior to the start of the program at no additional cost. Simply fax event and contact information, listing the new participant and who they will be replacing. Cancellation fees do not apply for free or complimentary programs.
