Janie is a self-proclaimed "Credit Union Evangelist" who believes whole heartedly in the credit union philosophy. Janie is also a seasoned business executive with more than 25 years professional experience in senior management and in human resources. She is the former Vice President/Human Resources for Arkansas Federal Credit Union and served as Chief Administrative Officer for ABC Financial Services. She currently serves as an internal consultant for Regions Insurance Group, Inc. as well as being a featured speaker for financial services groups all across the United States.

Christopher has been actively involved in the credit union movement since 1997. Since that time, he has served three years as a volunteer (Branch Joint Advisory Committee & Supervisory Committee) and over four years as an employee (VP Training & HR Development).

He has also amassed over 15 years in the field of Training & Human Resource Development and he currently serves as an independent consultant and contract training professional. His recent focuses have primarily included Leadership Engagement, Employee Relations, and Service. He has successfully presented to professional groups and non-profit organizations and also trained for several industries including financial services and telecommunications.
