SEMINAR OVERVIEW

The Roundtable is designed specifically for small credit unions and covers topics that directly impact your credit union. Registration and refreshments begin at 8:45 a.m., education sessions run from 9:15 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and lunch is included. Topics for the Roundtable were selected based on their relevance to the current environment and on feedback from the small credit union group.

INSTRUCTORS
Jobi Tyson
Jobi Tyson is the Senior Marketing Account Executive of Growth By Design, a full-service marketing and advertising agency, exclusive to credit unions that specializes in marketing, promotions, and strategic planning. Growth By Design is under the umbrella of the Georgia Credit Union League, providing award-winning marketing and strategic planning for credit unions in Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina.


Lauren Roberts
Lauren Roberts joined Family Trust FCU in 2004 and holds the position of Compliance Officer. Her responsibilities include: coordinating compliance education efforts; monitoring existing procedures and practices of the credit union for compliance; working with the audit department to implement appropriate systems of internal control and monitoring programs to ensure that Family Trust is in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and regulatory requirements; and working with federal examiners and external auditors during examinations to ensure that compliance issues are adequately addressed. Lauren earned the Credit Union Compliance Expert (CUCE) certification through the Credit Union National Association (CUNA) and is currently attending a 3-year Credit Union Management School.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations received in writing (via fax 608-231-4327) seven or more days before the start of the program are eligible for a refund of the amount paid. No refunds will be granted if cancellation is received six days or less before a program begins. Substitutions are accepted anytime prior to the start of the program at no additional cost. Simply fax an updated registration form, listing the new participant and who they will be replacing.
